An Immersive University Experience
This program is designed to grow EO members’ entrepreneurial skillset and expand their mindset in an experiential academic learning environment. Key learning outcomes include:
- Develop a theoretically grounded view of entrepreneurship and multi-generational enterprise.
- Generate an ability to systematically develop and support a strategy to guide the growth of an entrepreneurial organization for the long term.
- Acquire critical thinking (mindset) and skillset to enhance an entrepreneurial organization’s ability to adapt and innovate.
- Develop an understanding of the role of entrepreneurship and multi-generational enterprise in the broader economic and social context.
*Invite one Key Executive or SLP to join on Day 4 & 5 for program insights and the graduation dinner/ceremony.

Meet Your Academic Chair & Facilitators
Prof. Justin Craig
Academic Chair, Bond Business School
Dr. Craig has worked in, on with and for family enterprises since he was eleven. He is a Full Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at Bond University and has held faculty positions at Oregon State University, Northeastern University, and the Kellogg School of Management.
Carlo G. Santoro (MEI)
EO Facilitator
Carlo is a successful entrepreneur and one of the founders of the EO Melbourne Chapter in 1996. His leadership journey spans from Chapter President to the Global Board of Directors and Chairman of the Leadership Academy. With his history, Carlo is known as the “how to guy”.
Nick Bloor
EO Facilitator
At 19, Nick dropped out of law school to found Technigro, which became Australia’s most awarded urban greenspace contractor. After selling in 2013, he pivoted to technology and is currently Co-Founder and CEO of the IVM Group. Nick has been recognised as Family Business Australia’s Entrepreneur of the Year.
