2025 APAC Regional Leadership Summit – Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
From August 18–20, 2025, Ho Chi Minh City came alive with the energy of EO leaders from across Asia Pacific at the Regional Leadership Summit (RLS). Guided by the theme “We Lead, We Serve, We Co-Create,” the event embodied the spirit of collaboration and transformation.
Over three dynamic days, member leaders strengthened connections, shared bold ideas, and explored new ways of leading and serving — both within EO and in their wider communities. The summit was a celebration of the power of leadership across borders.
A standout highlight came from Rich Pham, visionary entrepreneur and global leader. Rich scaled and exited Pocari Sweat Vietnam in a $200M deal and now leads BlackArt Racing, a top-tier Formula 3 team. His journey — from immigrant beginnings to high-impact ventures — inspired attendees to think boldly about their own entrepreneurial paths.
The 2025 EO APAC RLS wasn’t just about learning — it was about building momentum for the future of leadership in the region. Together, we co-created experiences, deepened connections, and set the stage for lasting growth across APAC and beyond.
