  • The hotel is in high demand, so we recommend securing your room as soon as possible. All requests are subject to the hotel's availability.
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM & Check-out: 12:00 PM
    • Delegates who wish to occupy their Guest Room before 15:00 hours must reserve the Guest Room for a night prior to the arrival date.
    • Delegates who check out after the normal check-out time, i.e. 12:00 hours shall be charged 50% of the applicable group rate per room. A full night's rate per room will be charged for check-out required after 16:00 hours. Late check-out can be pre-arranged and is subject to availability.
  • The full stay will be charged for cancellations made after 18:00 HKT, 30 December 2025.

Arrival Ground Transportation

The common and main airport in Hong Kong is Hong Kong International Airport (HKG), also known as Chek Lap Kok Airport. It is a major international hub serving as a gateway to Asia and beyond.

  1. Take the Airport Express from the airport and alight at Kowloon Station.

  2. From Kowloon Station, take the complimentary Airport Express Shuttle Bus Service (Route K1) directly to the hotel.
    Service hours: 07:50 – 20:50 • Frequency: about every 30 minutes.
