A Powerful Week of Connection, Learning and Leadership in Manila

From 25 to 27 May 2026, Manila brought together EO APAC members for a meaningful few days of learning, connection, and leadership development through the APAC Moderator Summit and Regional Forum Next Level.


The Moderator Summit created space for moderators from across the region to come together, share openly, and strengthen the skills that shape one of the most important parts of the EO experience: the forum. Survey feedback reflected the strength of the experience, with an Overall Satisfaction Score of 9.2/10 and a Facilitator Rating of 9.5/10.


What stood out most was the value of peer connection. Beyond the sessions themselves, members found real value in being in the room with one another, building trust, exchanging insight, and learning through shared experience. That spirit continued into Regional Forum Next Level, which extended the momentum through deeper forum learning, stronger peer engagement, and continued leadership development. The emphasis on connection, learning, leadership development, and growth is closely aligned with EO’s brand guidance and communications approach.


Together, the two programs reflected what makes EO APAC so strong: a community committed to growth, excellence, and the kind of connection that strengthens both leaders and forums across the region.


At the same time, the EO Accelerator APAC Summit was taking place at the Fairmont Makati in the Philippines. The largest edition of the Summit to date, it welcomed 400 participants, including EO Members, EO Accelerators, and key executives. Its presence added to the energy of the week and helped create a wider sense of entrepreneurial momentum across the city.

This kind of experience is only possible through the commitment and collaboration of dedicated member leaders and professional staff working behind the scenes to bring it all to life. Their support helped create a week that was thoughtful, well delivered, and genuinely impactful for everyone involved.
