Anna Birch has constructed her entire adult life to serve and grow as a business leader, a gifted executive facilitator, and an experiential trainer. These experiences support her personal mission of being in close quarters with impact. Anna has founded several companies rooted in facilitating growth both professionally and personally. A recent evolution is that Anna is certified as a Bloom Growth Coach working to align leadership teams in communication, execution, and growth.
Fletcher McKenzie teaches reflection and deeper thinking, vulnerability and creating a safe place to share deeply, learn and grow through the simple process of self-discovery. Fletcher’s global leadership service in EO includes building the first EO Regional Council and three years on EO’s Global Board. A master facilitator for Strategy Summits, Global Leadership Academy and a highly rated Forum and Moderator Trainer and has trained in 26 countries
