EO Regional Leadership Academy (RLA) is a program by design with the intention to create a lifetime impact to every attendee and to evolve and transform EO leaders to unlock their full potentials to a level beyond they know before they join the program. And, it has successfully achieved so with every attendee since the birth of this program.

EOリージョナル・リーダーシップ・アカデミー(RLA)は、参加者一人一人の潜在能力を引き出し、進化させ、参加される前よりレベルの高いリーダーとして生涯にわたる影響を与える意図を持ってデザインされたプログラムです。そして、このプログラムが誕生して以来、すべての参加者がその成果を発揮しています。

RLA is a five-day immersive leadership program that aims to build leadership capacity, by forming and transforming through discovering ourselves through deep connections with EO peers in once-in-a-lifetime experience, being the pinnacle of EO leadership development program that has nurtured many EO top leaders to best contribute back to their chapters, businesses, lives and communities.

RLAは5日間にわたる集中型リーダーシップ・プログラムであり、EOの仲間との深いつながりで自分自身を発見し、変容させることにより、一生に一度の体験の中でリーダーシップの能力を形成することを目的としています。これは EO リーダーシップ開発プログラムの最高峰であり、多くの EO トップリーダーを育成して、各チャプター、ビジネス、生活、コミュニティに最大限の貢献を果たしてきました。

Every RLA is a unique, one of a kind because of the unique location of experience, the particular member cohort, to evolve the meaning of its own that best serves you, as a leader, a server of community, and an impact creator for the world.

RLAプログラムの一つ一つは、独創的な体験ができる場所で開催され、特定のメンバー集団と一緒に独自の進化できる唯一無二な場であります。リーダーとして、ご自分のコミュニティに奉仕でき、そして世界にインパクトを与えるクリエーターとして役立ちます。

“RLA Awaji Island: Harmony” will be the very first RLA hosted by our new region, EO Japan Region. We are excited to welcome EO members around the world to connect, to transform and to become our better selves together.
