What is the Path of Leadership?

The Path of Leadership is a structured leadership development program that allows EO members to train, learn, lead and grow from local chapter leadership to regional and global roles. It is designed to:

  • Develop confident, influential, servant leaders

  • Provide concrete experience to set strategy, lead projects, and influence peers

  • Foster a global perspective on entrepreneurship

  • Fuel a pipeline of top leadership talent to continuously steward and shape EO's future
